WHAT I DO
Effective learning starts with understanding the problem, the learner, and the environment in which learning needs to happen. I bring together instructional strategy, technology, creativity, and thoughtful design to develop solutions that are engaging, accessible, and practical.

FEATURED WORK
A social-media support experience combining conversation-flow architecture, Messenger automation, parent-centered information design, and AI-assisted video production. The project demonstrates how I design both the system behind an interaction and the multimedia used to communicate it.
An interactive digital learning experience designed to make complex medical concepts more approachable through structured content, visual learning, and purposeful interaction.
An interactive simulation designed to give learners an opportunity to practice responding appropriately to client feedback through realistic decisions and consequences.
A branded product-knowledge learning experience created in collaboration with subject matter expertise and developed from an established storyboard, script, style direction, and product assets. The project required creative interpretation, visual and interaction design, and e-learning development to transform supplied content into an engaging digital learning experience.
An interactive reference and practice experience that helps learners navigate APA paper formatting and citation conventions through guided instruction, feedback, and applied activities.

ABOUT ME
I'm Charisma Hall, an instructional designer and learning experience designer with experience spanning medical education, healthcare, curriculum development, e-learning, multimedia production, and project management.
With a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I combine an understanding of how people learn with the technical and creative skills needed to turn complex information into meaningful learning experiences.
I especially enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and finding ways to make information clearer, processes stronger, and learning more engaging.
