Hi, I'm Charisma.
I'm Charisma Hall, an instructional designer and learning experience designer with experience spanning medical education, healthcare, curriculum development, e-learning, multimedia production, and project management.
With a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I combine an understanding of how people learn with the technical and creative skills needed to turn complex information into meaningful learning experiences.
I especially enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and finding ways to make information clearer, processes stronger, and learning more engaging.
