Intent Mapping
Organized common parent needs into clear entry points instead of relying on open-ended navigation.
CONVERSATION ARCHITECTURE · SOCIAL AUTOMATION · AI-ASSISTED VIDEO
A social-media support experience that combines conversation-flow architecture, Messenger automation, parent-centered information design, and AI-assisted video production into one connected digital experience.
THE CHALLENGE
Parents interested in KOPPS flag football needed quick answers about registration, league information, schedules, locations, and other common questions. Answering the same questions manually through social media created an opportunity to design a more consistent and scalable experience.
The solution needed to feel simple to the parent while handling multiple pathways behind the scenes. It also needed to preserve a clear route to human support when an automated path was not enough.
CONVERSATION ARCHITECTURE
The visible Messenger menu is only the front end. The work behind it required mapping parent intent, decision points, responses, fallbacks, and destinations into a connected conversation architecture.
Organized common parent needs into clear entry points instead of relying on open-ended navigation.
Designed paths that move parents from a question to the most relevant information or action.
Created support paths for questions that do not match the primary automated choices.
Connected conversations to registration, league details, schedule and location information, and human support.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Messenger experience uses concise menu choices and guided responses so parents can quickly reach the information they need. The architecture supports registration, league information, schedules and locations, additional questions, and support options while keeping the interaction approachable.

AI-ASSISTED VIDEO PRODUCTION
I also produced the project video as a multimedia case-study artifact, combining AI-assisted visual production with screen captures, motion, graphic composition, pacing, and narrative sequencing to explain how the automation works.
Used generative tools as part of the visual-production workflow to support branded scenes and creative presentation.
Integrated actual bot screens and architecture views so the video demonstrates the working design rather than relying only on conceptual graphics.
Sequenced visuals to move from the communication problem to the bot experience, architecture, and user pathways.
Turned a technical automation build into a concise story that stakeholders and portfolio viewers can understand.
